Questions

When do my points show up?

Once your order ships or is picked up. If an order is refunded, its points come back off.

Do I earn on tax and shipping?

No. Points are based on your product total after discounts.

Can I use these points in store?

Not yet. Online rewards and in-store rewards are separate programs. Points earned here are used on online orders, including pickup orders placed online.

How does my tier work?

Your tier is based on what you’ve spent online in the last 12 months. We check it every 12 months. If your spend drops, you move to the matching tier.

What are bonus days?

Every month, every $1 earns 2× points on the 10th and 20th, and 5× points on the 15th and 30th. Every tier gets them, on orders placed that day. Emerald members also get free shipping on every order.

Do points expire?

Yes, 12 months after you earn them. We’ll email you 30 days before any expire.
