How long do I have to request a refund or replacement?

Requests must be made within 15 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and you need proof of purchase.

Which products can't be returned?

Flower, pre-rolls, edibles, beverages, concentrates and tinctures are non-returnable and non-refundable due to regulatory compliance and safety standards.

How fast will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and approved, a refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 business days, and you are notified by email.

Are shipping costs refunded?

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on Longleaf's part.
