Eligibility for Refunds and Replacements
Refunds and replacements are only considered under the following conditions:
You request it within 15 days of delivery
The product is unused and in its original packaging
You provide proof of purchase
The item is not one of the following:
Flower
Pre-rolls
Edibles
Beverages
Concentrates
Tinctures
These specific product categories are non-returnable and non-refundable due to regulatory compliance and safety standards.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To request a return or replacement:
Ensure your request is submitted within 15 days of delivery.
Verify that the item is unused and in original packaging.

Include your order number, item details, and reason for return in your message.
Refund and Replacement Process
Once your return is received and approved:
A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on Longleaf’s part
You will be notified via email once your refund or replacement has been processed
Delivery Issues
Orders placed before 12PM EST (Monday–Friday) are eligible for same-day shipping. Most shipments arrive within 7–10 business days, but delays may occur due to:
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
Carrier delays
Weather, holidays, or other unforeseen events
Compliance verification
Longleaf Provisions Company is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses or carrier-related issues.
